Ancora Alternatives invests in companies that are misunderstood by the market and that present an opportunity to create or identify a catalyst to unlock value.
We focus on companies with less coverage and information where we believe there is a greater opportunity for value dislocation. Within the strategy, we invest in a concentrated portfolio of companies across four core strategies: Shareholder Activism, Long/Short Credit, Arbitrage and Special Situations.
Led by portfolio managers James Chadwick and Ryan Hummer, our investment team has significant prior experience with our core strategies and brings deep long-term industry contacts that help drive sourcing for high quality opportunities.
